your main responsibilities will include:

• Developing and maintaining complex financial models for projections, budgets, and scenario analysis.
• Analyzing financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement), identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Actively participating in monthly and annual accounting close processes, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of records, and compliance with deadlines.
• Collaborating in the preparation, review, and analysis of tax information, understanding its impact on results and financial planning.
• Preparing accurate financial reports, key account reconciliations, and executive presentations for management, integrating financial, accounting, and tax analyses.
• Tracking financial and operational KPIs, analyzing variances against budget/forecast, and proposing corrective actions.
• Collaborating closely with the Accounting team and other areas to optimize financial performance and support decision-making.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of financial, accounting, tax, and reporting processes.

What we're looking for in you:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
• 2-3 years of proven experience as a Finance Analyst, Accounting and Financial Analyst, or similar roles with direct exposure to modeling and tax matters.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, complex functions, macros are a plus) and financial modeling tools.
• Solid knowledge and application of accounting principles and their impact on financial analysis.
• Understanding and practical experience with current Mexican tax regulations.
• Strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to solve complex problems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
