Senior Sanctions Analyst – Global Sanctions Compliance

Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico (On-site position)

Type: Full-time | Experience: 3–5 years

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is hiring a Senior Sanctions Analyst to join our growing Global Sanctions Compliance team. In this role, you'll play a critical part in conducting OFAC/sanctions due diligence, reviewing clients and prospects, and providing credible challenge to first-line reviews. You'll support investigations, policy development, and special projects to help TCS meet complex global compliance obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct sanctions due diligence and investigations using open-source and proprietary tools.

• Challenge first-line decisions and draft detailed risk analyses and recommendations.

• Monitor regulatory and geopolitical developments impacting sanctions compliance.

• Collaborate with internal teams and support project management across the program.

What We're Looking For:

• 3–5 years of experience in sanctions, compliance, investigations, or international risk.

• Bachelor's degree in international relations, Political Science, Finance, or equivalent work experience.

• Strong research, writing, and critical thinking skills.

• Organizational and project management experience.

• Knowledge of OFAC and global sanctions regulations; foreign language skills a plus.

• High English proficiency (B2)
