?? Role Objective

As a Business Analyst Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing budget reports, monitoring expenses, and recommending cost-saving strategies to support our operational and strategic goals.

? Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's in Finance preferred)
• 3–5 years of experience in budget analysis or financial control
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
• Proficiency in tools like Advanced Excel, ERP systems, Power BI
• Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
• Strategic thinking and decision-making abilities
• Chinese language proficiency is a plus
• Experience in electronics or automotive manufacturing is highly desirable

??? Key Responsibilities

• Consolidate monthly forecasts and annual plans
• Prepare weekly profit & loss reports
• Analyze monthly manufacturing cost variances
• Lead strategic financial planning
• Deliver timely weekly/monthly plant P&L analysis
• Ensure 100% control of manufacturing costs vs. MF
• Coordinate cross-departmental budgeting efforts
• Monitor budget compliance and propose adjustments
• Generate financial reports with actionable insights
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
