We are looking for a Human Capital Development Manager for a confidential multinational company with operations in El Salto. This strategic position reports directly to the Plant President and plays a key role in professionalizing HR practices and driving talent-related initiatives across the site.

Our client is a global organization with a strong presence across Latin America, Europe, and Asia. The El Salto site operates with a high degree of autonomy, while remaining connected to broader regional and global structures. The company is in a transformation stage, seeking to strengthen its HR function with a clear focus on development, structure, and long-term people strategy.
Description
- Design and lead programs around talent development, career paths, and feedback c ulture
- Strengthen organizational capabilities through competency models and coaching
- Support employer branding, wellbeing, and D&I initiatives
- Serve as strategic advisor to plant leadership on people-related decisions
- Oversee implementation of HR tools and frameworks
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and alignment with international standards
- Manage a team of 4-5 HR professionals in areas such as training, recruitment, and admin
- Collaborate with global HR teams, especially in Europe and Asia, on shared projects
- Contribute to ESG efforts, compliance, and cross-functional committees
Profile
- +10 years of HR experience, ideally within a plant or corporate setting
- Proven experience leading the HR function at a plant-level in an international company
- Strong background in organizational development and talent strategies
- Familiarity with HR valuation and performance systems
- Solid understanding of Mexican labor law
- Track record in working with global teams and matrixed organizations
- High adaptability and ability to build from the ground up
- Fluent English is mandatory (written and spoken)
- 100% on-site role in El Salto
