• 10+ years of experience in program or portfolio management, including experience leading complex, multi-stream initiatives.
• Proven track record of driving strategic change and managing enterprise-level programs with high visibility.
• Strong understanding of project/program management frameworks: PMI, Agile, Scrum, Lean, SAFe, etc.
• Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, change management, and organizational development.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with minimal oversight.
• Excellent problem-solving, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong communication and executive presence, able to influence at all levels.
