Description

• Report to Corporate Finance Director (dotted line to GM).
• Lead Finance areas: Accounts Payable, Cost Accounting, and Tax Compliance.
• Control financial operations for two entities (maquila and European subsidiary) as one consolidated operation.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and analyze variances.
• Ensure SOX compliance and financial reporting under US GAAP.
• Collaborate closely with corporate finance, Treasury, and Audit teams.
• Manage ERP systems like JD Edwards, Oracle, SAP
• Communicate fluently in English.

Profile

• 10+ years in finance within manufacturing (metalworking or automotive preferred).
• Experience with multinational companies and corporate finance interaction.
• Solid knowledge of US GAAP, SOX, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Leadership skills with focus on collaboration and results.
• ERP experience (JD Edwards, Oracle, SAP).
• Fluent English.
• Collaborative with a people-first mindset.
