Customer Service Manager – Bilingual (ENG/ESP)

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead and optimize service strategies for key clients (small, medium, and large accounts). This strategic role will ensure service excellence, client satisfaction, and efficient commercial coordination.

? What You'll Do:

• Oversee end-to-end service for commercial clients.
• Monitor service quality and propose improvement strategies.
• Handle product issues, complaints, and returns.
• Build lasting commercial agreements and manage quotations.
• Supervise, train, and grow a service team.
• Align with Sales for effective client management.

?? You Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin or similar.
• 5+ years managing customer portfolios and service processes.
• Strong leadership, decision-making & conflict-resolution skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience working with KPIs, agendas, and customer follow-up

?? Schedule: Mon–Fri 9:00 am to 5:00 pm | Sat 9:00 am to 2:00 pm

?? Offer:

• Salary: $24,000–$29,000 MXN gross/month.
