Supply Chain Manager

As a Supply Chain Manager at Kinetic, you will lead the Production Control and Distribution teams at our site, with a focus on improving productivity, reducing costs, and ensuring overall supply chain efficiency. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, logistics oversight, and continuous improvement efforts to ensure operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Coordination (30%)
  
  Manage and develop the Production Control and Distribution teams, including setting goals, assigning tasks, and providing performance feedback. Design and execute supply chain strategies to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
• Cross-functional Collaboration (20%)
  
  Work closely with sales, engineering, and supply chain teams to align production plans with demand forecasts and customer expectations. Coordinate with production teams to adjust schedules based on capacity and demand changes.
• Procurement Support (20%)
  
  Address supply disruptions or delays. Partner with procurement and external vendors to ensure material quality and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Logistics Management (10%)
  
  Oversee transportation and warehousing operations to optimize costs and delivery times. Liaise with logistics providers to ensure efficient distribution.
• Inventory Control (10%)
  
  Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods to avoid shortages or excessive stock.
• Continuous Improvement (10%)
  
  Identify opportunities for cost reduction and implement initiatives to improve supply chain performance and reduce production expenses.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Distribution, Logistics, Traffic, and Trade & Compliance (preferably in the PCBA or electronics industry)
• Strong knowledge of supply chain operations, inventory control, and logistics
• Experience with ERP systems and supply chain management software
• Familiarity with legal and regulatory aspects of transportation and distribution
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• English proficiency (90% or higher)
