Job Description

Master the activities related to the purchase of material, material planning, production planning, inventory control, shipping/receiving and stores functions within Resideo. You are the partner in developing STRAP and will have thorough understanding of multiple work streams, develop and measurably improve the processes of material management. You will provide guidance and coaching to direct and/or indirect reports. You are to lead complex, global, project teams within the business. Drive Material Management strategy and vision execution to enable business value and productivity. Keep Resideo's production lines moving by ensuring materials are well scheduled, evaluated and accurately delivered on time, every time. Empower team members to achieve clients' objectives by hiring the right people, developing, coaching and retaining top talent.

JOB DUTIES:

• Lead teams
• optimize Material management procedures
• Improve Operating System Maturity
• Health, Safety and Environment compliance
• Measure supplier capability and capacity
• Material Scheduling
• Coach on new production introduction (NPI)
• Develop talent resource

YOU MUST HAVE:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 8-10 years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Advanced English communication skills
• Expert within material control system such as MRP/SAP systems
• Experience with inventory reduction programs
