The Plant Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the operations of the production plant, ensuring the efficiency, quality, and profitability of the processes. They must ensure compliance with applicable safety, environmental, and regulatory standards, coordinating the manufacturing, engineering, quality, and logistics departments. Their objective is to meet customer needs, optimize available resources, and achieve the company's financial and operational objectives, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and maintaining high performance standards.

What do you get to do in this position

• Be responsible for Production, Logistics, Methods & Maintenance, Technical functions, (Finance, Human Resources).
• Define and fulfill the plant objectives and priorities.
• Manage the plant operations to achieve the KPI targets through action plans and regular reviews.
• Review monthly action plans with department managers.
• Deploy and challenge continues improvement in all areas of the plant.
• Organize the missions of the different departments in order to anticipate or solve operational manufacturing issues.
• Build strong local industrial competencies.
• Ensure the right focus and implementation on EHS action plans.

• Bachelor´s degree in related field
• English Advanced
• 8 to 10 years in manufacturing management/industrial function / quality/ Logistic.
• Industrial Consumer Experience preferable (Metalworking)
