Minimum Requirements
Projects/Process Improvement
- Supervise process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes and/or major variations from established policy that must be approved by appropriate leadership prior to implementation. •
- Serve as a key liaison with third parties and other stakeholders (e.g. CoE). • Ensure the standardization across the region • Provide orientation for the customer on improve opportunities identified into HR Process.
System Maintenance
- Ensure the proper communication for the key areas in relation with system •
- Collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgrade or fix.
Production Support
- Provide support for HCM including, but not limited to, researching and resolving HCM problems, unexpected results or process flaws; perform scheduled activities; recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements. Standard operation/Training
- Supervise user procedures, guidelines and documentation.
- Standardize and/or improve processes Education/Certifications •
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in administrative area, computer sciences, related field or equivalent work experience.
- English Advanced (business fluent)
- PMI, Project Management (Desirable) Previous Work Experience (desirable) • 1 to 2 years of HRIS, Digital HR, HR Associate, HR Assistant, experience or IT related with HR projects.
- 2 years using Workday, Cornerstone, Service Now, SharePoint, Integrations. • Knowledge on PMI (desirable)
- 1 year leading projects Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

- Understanding of HR processes and data, including : Talent Acquisition, Total rewards, Business Partner, Talent Management
