Job Summary

Summary:

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a/an Program Manager located in Aguascalientes.

Reporting to the Operations Director, the Program Manager role involves requires being in charge of guiding a team of cross functional experts in the delivery of customer focused products and services and will hold up development and implementation of a project, pricing and program strategies in order to continue to deliver value to the business and its customers.

What a typical day looks like:

• Lead the CFT to deliver to the customer per the expectation and to deliver to Flex the financials previously agreed.
• The PM is the communication channel with the customer
• In charge of customer's satisfaction reviews and corrective actions
• Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all adherences made relative a to product development timelines, delivery, quality and the required business metrics.
