We are looking for a Bilingual (ENG) Customer Care Representative for one of our new proyects with great and potencial growth.

The ideal candidate has great enthusiastic attitude and loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting company clients into passionate promoters.

What you will do:

• Solving telephone requests from existing clients of our business client.
• Work with internal departments to meet client's needs.
• Providing information about products and services (additional services, tariffs).
• Providing information on Billing for services and payments for customer's services.
• Resolving client complaints.
• Work with Service Requests and their transfer to all competent departments (creation, sending, closing, informing the customer about the status of the request).

Mandatory Profile Requirements:

• 2 - 3 years minimum of relevant experience in Customer Service. (Mandatory).
• Advanced level of English (Spoken and written). (Mandatory).
• High School graduated provable. (Mandatory).
• Professional customer service skills : solution mindset, helping nature, passion for the customer and customer experience.
• Fair written and verbal communication skills.
• Critical thinking and logical thinking.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Thinks outside of the box.
• Demonstrated ability to be a fast learner and diligent worker.
• Problem solving abilities.

Location:

Guadalajara, Jalisco.

Type of work:

100% On-site.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday only, 8 working hours from 6 AM to 7 PM.

Monthly Salary:

Up to $18,500 monthly.
