Qualifications

Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.

Proven track record in financial services, with hands-on experience in digital payment systems.

In-depth knowledge of debit, credit, and e-wallet products, as well as transactional banking frameworks.

Advanced proficiency in English (both written and verbal).

Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and collaborative skills.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the seamless operation and timely execution of financial services and products.

Lead client onboarding and deliver continuous support to optimize platform usage.

Manage and resolve customer inquiries and escalations efficiently and professionally.

Partner cross-functionally with the commercial and product teams to enhance service offerings.
