We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated individual to our team based out of Mexicali.

Shift: Monday to Friday: 8am to 5 pm

Saturday (alternate): 8 am to 3 pm

Responsibilities:

• Assist and advise drivers on company information.
• Conduct new drivers induction, assisting drivers to get onboard and to maintain files, audit reports and renewals of driver documents.
• Assist with driver recruitment, including posting job ads, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
• Conduct reference checks and support onboarding of new drivers.
• Maintain accurate HR files and personnel records for all transport staff.
• Monitor license renewals, medical checks, and training certifications.
• Support employee relations and internal communications related to transport staff.
• Establish and manage proper workflow to ensure daily, weekly and monthly reports and requirements are met (trucks and drivers).
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Other Ad hoc responsibilities related to Driver Support.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role, preferably in logistics or transportation.
• Knowledge of B1 operation regulations and fleet documentation.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with basic HR processes and recruitment workflows.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and transportation/logistics software.
• High school diploma or equivalent; HR or logistics certification is a plus.
• Advanced English skills.
