As a WebMethods integration leader you will coordinate team activities and performance, handle/resolve a certain type/no. of high-level incidents and changes, as well as consult on service request estimations/proposals.

What you will do:

• Schedule resources to meet Application Support / Run demands. Ensure resources are scheduled to deliver services - normal schedules, On-call schedules, Holiday schedules, etc
• Ensure e.g., tickets are assigned and resolved per SLA/OLA for respective domain
• Ensure operational processes & procedures are followed
• Participate in Major Incident (MI) (e.g., P1/P2) resolution sessions during bridge calls
• Serve as domain's Client relationship manager in conjunction with Account Run Lead (ARL), Account Delivery Lead (ADL) and Service Line Leader
• Ensure Knowledge Transfer (KT) sessions for new team members, application changes or enhancements, etc
• Identify and address application and data issues that affect application integrity
• Identify risks and assumptions associated with the applications
• Work with the application designer to create a high-level design of an end-to-end integration solution.
• Define the flow of data: between the applications that must be integrated, mapping business process activities to the applications that support them, and drafting a data object model that provides a common structure for mapping the data between the applications.
• Validate that the application requirements meet overall business process needs, are within the project scope, and are internally consistent.
• Validate that the integration solution and integration architecture designs utilize the integration architecture components appropriately

Who you are / Basic requirements

• 5 -10 years of relevant experience in Application Support, Application Development, IT, Operations, etc.
• Technical experience in WebMethods 9.12
• Experience Leading projects, teams.
• Extensive development experience using Software AG"s webMethods Developer and webMethods flow language
• Technical competency in WM flow/java services, web services, business process model development/testing and deployment, WS-Security, and SOAP
• Integration development experience using web services, SAP RFCs and XML documents.
• Experience in B2B standards, REST Services, integration architectures and adapters (JDBC)
• knowledge in integration server log analysis
• ITIL Foundation
