HR Coordinator
Site: Remoto
Modality: Remota, Site
Mon to Fri at 9:00 to 19:00 hrs.
Overview
The position will be an extension of the HR Business Partner for an assigned Business Unit. The role is to undertake any HR related topic in the BU, Escalated disciplinary actions, dismissals, development programs, employee satisfaction plans and policy compliance.
Education and specific training
- Bachelor´s Degree or equivalent (required)
- Master´s Degree (desired)
- Fluent English (required)
Key Responsibilities
- Promoter and Monitor of Company Values
- Strategic Partner to all department leaders for People Management strategy
- Vigilant of any employee related issues internally and externally.
- Establish and Monitor communication channels with all employees
- Manage and control department expenditure within agreed budgets.
- Monitor compliance to Health and Safety norms in accordance to local law and company policy.
- Creation of Unit event Calendar in calibration with Site or City Calendar,
- Creation of action plans to follow-up on employee satisfaction surveys, ESAT Committees, exit interviews, Our Channel and other company climate measuring tools.
- Establish and conduct and recurrent attrition analysis cycle plan.
- Creation of retention strategy for company employees at all level, with priority in agent attrition.
- Keep site leadership informed of major issues regarding employee´s safe and company's interests. Escalate when needed.
- Ensure activities meet with organizational requirements for quality management, health and safety, legal, environmental policies.
- Assure employee development based on a periodical performance review, training needs analysis process and/or designed career path programs.
- Read and sign the ISMS policies.
Work Experience
2-years experience in Staff Manager, Quality Staff or Human Resources (required)
Technical skills
- Advanced English level
- Experience on local law regulation, human resources procedures, call center management, recruitment and people development.
- LFT
- Excel (required) (advanced)
