Are you a recruiter passionate about building teams from the ground up? Ericsson is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to support hiring for our manufacturing plant in Tlaxcala.
In this role, you'll lead full-cycle recruitment for both operational and administrative positions, working closely with HR and business leaders. From job posting to onboarding, you'll ensure a seamless, data-driven, and inclusive hiring experience—powered by the latest recruitment technology.
What You'll Do
Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume operational and administrative roles
Create and publish job ads tailored to local market dynamics
Leverage AI-driven platforms such as Eightfold and LinkedIn Talent Insights
Ensure all hiring practices are inclusive, compliant, and aligned with Ericsson's standards
What You Bring
2+ years of recruiting experience (in-house, agency, or RPO)
Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience using modern ATS and sourcing tools
Fluent English is required
Bachelor's degree in psychology or a related field
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Location: Must be based in Tlaxcala
