In this role, you'll lead full-cycle recruitment for both operational and administrative positions, working closely with HR and business leaders. From job posting to onboarding, you'll ensure a seamless, data-driven, and inclusive hiring experience—powered by the latest recruitment technology.

What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume operational and administrative roles
• Create and publish job ads tailored to local market dynamics
• Leverage AI-driven platforms such as Eightfold and LinkedIn Talent Insights
• Ensure all hiring practices are inclusive, compliant, and aligned with Ericsson's standards

What You Bring

• 2+ years of recruiting experience (in-house, agency, or RPO)
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using modern ATS and sourcing tools
• Fluent English is required
• Bachelor's degree in psychology or a related field
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
