Proven experience as a Salesforce Professional, with a strong focus on integrating Salesforce with AWS services.
Proficiency in Apex programming language and understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce Sales and Service platforms, including Opportunity management.
Familiarity with email platforms and their integration with Salesforce.
Experience with AWS services, such as Lambda functions, S3, SQS, and API Gateway.
Additional Responsibilities for Salesforce Admin:
Assist the sales team by troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Sales Cloud features.
Provide support for Service Cloud features, including case management, knowledge base, email-to-case, and live chat.
Assist with the creation and maintenance of reports, dashboards, and custom analytics to support sales and service performance analysis.
Collaborate with the integration team to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce integrations with other systems.
Have a foundational understanding of AWS cloud services and how they can integrate with Salesforce
