Position Overview:

To support our highly skilled and motivated HQ Data Management Team, we are looking for a Data Management Professional. This role will primarily focus on the development of Qualification Programs, monitoring systems, and KPIs to evaluate the efficiency of training and processes, as well as to derive further measures, process cleansing, and testing new requirements. You will collaborate closely with various departments and regions to provide effective and efficient advice and support to key users and end users of our internal Product Data and Service Platform. Additionally, along with your colleagues, you will be responsible for establishing a Qualification program for our employees involved in Product Data maintenance.

Your expertise will also be crucial in testing new developments within our Product Data and Service Platform before they are released into the productive environment, ensuring process effectiveness and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Development of Qualification Programs and Monitoring Systems:

o Design and establish programs to qualify our employees in Product Data maintenance.

o Develop monitoring systems and KPIs to measure training efficiency and process effectiveness.

o Conduct regular assessments to derive actionable recommendations based on monitoring results.

- Ensure process certainty

o Ensure process safety through methods such as trainings and process cleansing.

o Identification of best practices for continuous improvement.

- Testing of new requirements

o Support the implementation of new process requirements by testing and validating new developments within the Product Data and Service Platform before they are deployed to the production environment.

Skills:

- Education:

o Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Management, or a comparable field

o Alternatively, education in these areas with relevant professional experience

- Language Skills:

o Particularly good English skills (both written and spoken) is essential

o Good knowledge of German and additional languages (both written and spoken) is desirable

- Professional Competence:

o Experience in developing qualification programs and monitoring systems for training efficiency.

o Excellent organizational skills with strong analytical and conceptual thinking.

o Effective communication skills and service orientation, particularly in user support.

o Independent, structured, and goal-oriented work style.

o Strong understanding of data quality, data analysis, and process effectiveness.

o Willingness for continuous education and adaptation to new requirements.

Experience with collaboration platforms like Microsoft Teams and Viva Engage is an advantage
