Position Summary
The AR Administrative Specialist is responsible for performing a variety of general administrative and accounts receivable support tasks. This role ensures the accurate maintenance and processing of imaging systems, invoice submissions, and interdepartmental communications, contributing to the smooth operation of the department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor imaging systems that link documents and records to the legacy system
• Ensure proper filing, organization, and retention of all image files processed by the department
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to resolve any issues related to the imaging system
• Prepare and submit accurate customer invoices through payment company portals, customer-specific portals, or via email communications
• Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and reporting
• Operate standard office equipment as required (printer, scanner, copier, etc.)
• Maintain confidentiality and comply pany policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in administrative or accounts receivable roles
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Windows-based applications
• Familiarity with general office equipment and practices

Language and Communication Skills

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and munication skills
• Strong ability to work within a team-oriented environment
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate fluently in English
