Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated, organized, and education-driven Academic Coordinator with proven experience in the IB Educational System (International Baccalaureate). This role plays a key part in leading and supervising the academic program, supporting teaching staff, and implementing best pedagogical practices.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Academic Coordinator in IB-authorized schools (PYP or MYP).
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 or above) – essential for communication in a bilingual environment with teachers, students, and parents.
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing teaching teams.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and collaboration abilities.
• Degree in Education, Educational Administration, Psychopedagogy, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate, oversee, and evaluate the implementation of the IB curriculum.
• Support and promote professional development among teachers.
• Ensure compliance with academic and pedagogical standards.
• Participate in academic meetings, school events, and IB evaluations.
