Job Summary:

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll design and execute online marketing strategies to reach our target audience, leveraging your expertise in finance and SEO. You'll manage our online presence, drive website traffic, and generate leads through various digital channels.

Responsibilities:

You are our central point of contact outside regular office hours and take responsibility for our ten serviced apartment buildings across Germany during evenings and weekends. You ensure that our guests feel well cared for at all times and that our operations run smoothly.

• Be the first point of contact for all guest-related matters during evening and weekend hours (via phone and remote access)

• Convey the feeling of “#stayingwithfriends” – hospitality with heart

• Stay calm and find quick, pragmatic solutions even in unexpected situations

• Coordinate urgent housekeeping or technical issues with local service providers

• Handle incoming inquiries and booking modifications

• Monitor outstanding payments and escalate issues when necessary

• Log all incidents and ensure seamless handover to the weekday team

• Maintain a clear overview of all properties and enforce operational standards

• Contribute to process improvements and provide feedback for optimization

Working Hours:

• Weekends (8:00 to 02:00 am CET)

• Weekdays: 18:00 to 02:00 (CET)

Requirements:

• Experience in hospitality, customer service, or facility management is ideal

• You are highly organized and keep a cool head in high-pressure situations

• You enjoy helping guests and combine empathy with professionalism

• You take initiative, make independent decisions, and own your responsibilities

• You're tech-savvy and comfortable using MS Office and modern communication tools

• You are fluent in both German and English
