Job Requirements:

Completed bachelor's or engineering degree.

Schedule availability.

English minimum 80%.

3-6 years of experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

SAP proficiency.

LEAN tools.

Kanban system.

Warehouse key performance indicators (KPIs).

Main Responsibilities:

Responsible for providing accurate customs information to the AI shelter for the generation of import and export documents.

Control and/or legally dispose of materials imported temporarily.

Ensure optimal use of local and international transportation.

Identify cost-cutting opportunities in transportation and customs brokerage.

Ensure that materials arriving at the warehouse are imported in the shortest possible time.

Ensure that staff follow shipping and customs procedures.

Ensure the implementation of corrective actions to eliminate unsafe conditions, as well as foster a safe work culture and environment with the team in charge.

Control incoming and outgoing materials.

Develop the talent of the staff in charge.

Identify and implement process improvements with the group.

Approval of customs declarations (import, export, virtual, change of regime).

Notification of customer delays in shipments.

Receipt of packaging materials through the system.

Send requisitions for missing packaging materials.

Track shipments.

Ensure the delivery of materials required by the service parts departments.

Ensure new activities are documented in procedures.

KNOWLEDGE:
