We are seeking a highly skilled SRE DevOps with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Splunk and SRE DevOps a strong background in Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer domains. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can work effectively in a dynamic environment to ensure the security of our systems and data.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and analyze security events using Splunk SRE DevOps to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
Investigate and respond to security incidents ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
Develop and implement security measures to protect sensitive data particularly in the Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer domains.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure security policies and procedures are followed.
Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement.
Provide recommendations for enhancing security posture based on findings from assessments and audits.
Stay updated with the latest security trends threats and technologies to ensure the organization remains protected.
Create and maintain security documentation including incident reports policies and procedures.
Assist in the development and delivery of security awareness training for employees.
Support compliance efforts by ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and standards.
Participate in security projects and initiatives to enhance the overall security framework.
Provide technical guidance and support to other team members as needed.
Travel as required to support security initiatives and collaborate with remote teams.
Necessary skills and experience required:
Possess a strong understanding of Splunk for monitoring and analyzing security events.
Have in-depth knowledge of Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer domains.
