AI/ML Engineer

Required Technical Skill Set Python – Model development, experimentation Scikit-learn, TensorFlow AppDynamics or Google Analytics (Optional) – Data insights and behavioral pattern mining

Strong experience building and deploying ML models.

· Experience with monitoring, and MLOps in production.

· Proficiency in Python with frameworks like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.

· Capable of converting RCA insights into intelligent recommender systems.

· Exposure to auto-triage and ticket routing systems using AI.

· Experience building ML models for classification, recommendation, or predictive analytics.

· Exposure to AI-driven ticket routing and classification systems.

· Exposure to self-healing systems in SRE or DevOps context.
