Position: Inside Sales
Founded in 2013, Plantlogic has since developed business operations in 10 countries across North & South America, Africa, and APAC. Our objective is to provide innovative growing systems to help our customers build profitable modern farms. With strong growth and expansions in place, we are now seeking an Inside Sales to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. Inside Sales is a mid-level position with an opportunity to grow as far as you can imagine. Responsibilities
Revenue Generation:
o Work with Field Sales or other representatives to deeply understand growers´ needs and effectively guide them to the Plantlogic product that best solves their problems.
o Lead generation and qualification through farm visits, trade shows, customer referrals, phone calls, screening, etc.
o Quarterly travel to tradeshows and customer grow sites.
Customer Lifecycle:
o Provide fast accurate quotes and lead times.
o Order fulfillment process.
o Ensure payment terms are agreed and completed.
Support Company Development
o Know the competing and substitute products, services, and sales strategies relative to the growers´ needs to be confident in our value proposition, and confidently provide guidance to Plantlogic management.
o Deeply know your own territory strategy including timing and seasons, regions, crops and key customers to support sales forecasts, production planning and promotion activities.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum 4 years of strongly related sales experience.
2. Business level English. Excellent reading and writing in English and Spanish.
3. Bachelor´s degree in international business management, Marketing or related.
4. Experience selling products that compete based on product features and benefits.
5. Experience selling remotely over the phone, email, Whatsapp, etc.
6. Strong Excel skills for cost, schedule, and other detailed calculations.
7. Able to explain personal and professional task management system.
Better if you have:
1. Experience in agriculture, especially greenhouses, fertilizer or irrigation.
2. Cold calling skills.
3. Experience using CRM systems.
4. Experience working in a sales team where work with a lead or client is shared among two or more team members.
5. Understanding of project management methodology.
6. Experience building and improving business processes.
7. Experience working with colleagues and team members in other countries and time zones.

Compensation: Base pay + sales commission + Benefits by law + additional benefits (Major Medical Insurance, Life Insurance, Food coupons, PTO).
Working Time: 09:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday
