Manage the procurement process for essential goods and services related to maintenance, repairs, and operations (MRO), ensuring efficiency, cost control, and compliance with company requirements.
Main Responsibilities
Create and manage purchase orders, validating contracts and terms as needed.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all procurement activities.
Identify cost-saving opportunities through competitive bidding, negotiations, and service improvements.
Oversee the timely delivery of materials and services, ensuring alignment with production needs.
Collaborate with the plant team to identify and develop new suppliers to optimize cost and quality.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years experience in purchasing non-production materials and/or services.
Proficient in Excel and ERP systems used in procurement processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced English skills (oral and written) preferred.
