We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist with proven experience in building, deploying, and scaling machine learning and advanced analytics solutions within complex corporate environments. This strategic role requires deep technical expertise, critical thinking, and the ability to lead high-impact initiatives in a consulting context, working closely with business stakeholders, technical leads, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and validation of machine learning models, from data exploration to production deployment.
• Apply advanced statistical methodologies and experimentation techniques such as A/B testing to generate robust insights that drive strategic decisions.
• Design data pipelines and automated training processes in collaboration with data engineering teams.
• Work with large volumes of structured and unstructured data in cloud environments (preferably Azure).
• Conduct exploratory data analysis and advanced data visualization to uncover patterns and optimization opportunities.
• Communicate technical results to non-technical audiences through clear storytelling, executive dashboards, and actionable recommendations.
• Contribute to the design of modern analytics architectures and the development of internal AI and data science capabilities.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, best practices, and MLOps frameworks.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. A Master's degree in quantitative disciplines is desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience applying data science in business or consulting environments.
• Expert-level proficiency in Python and its main libraries for modeling and analysis: pandas, scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, or similar.
• Strong experience in SQL and working with relational databases.
• Hands-on experience in cloud environments (preferably Azure; GCP or AWS is a plus).
• Demonstrated ability to design high-impact solutions tailored to concrete business needs.
• Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Advanced/professional English is mandatory, as this role requires direct collaboration with a technical team based in India.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with MLOps tools and automated model deployment pipelines.
• Experience with Azure Machine Learning, Databricks, or similar platforms.
• Data visualization skills using Power BI, Tableau, or Python libraries such as Plotly, Seaborn, or Dash.
• Functional knowledge in domains such as retail, finance, operations, or marketing analytics.
