• Strategic Outreach: Manage outreach with a strategic mindset—knowing when to push, listen, and guide sellers toward decisions
• Value Communication: Clearly and confidently communicate the benefits of listing on our platform
• Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams to enhance outreach strategies and streamline conversion flows
• Data Tracking: Log interactions and lead progress through HubSpot or similar CRM platforms

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in lead generation, sales prospecting, or account activation
• Understanding of seller behavior and effective engagement strategies
• Confidence in handling high-value user communications via calls, emails, and messages
• Proactive and self-starting approach—you know what to do when you see a lead
• Bonus points for familiarity with luxury marketplaces, digital platforms, or watch resale
