TCS is looking your Talent as: Oracle EBS

Work modality: Hybrid

(Candidate needs to be located or relocate to Querétaro, CDMX, Guadalajara or Monterrey, it will be requested to attend office at least 3 day per week)

Role & responsibilities:

• English spoken 80% or higher (mandatory)
• Senior experience in leading design, development, and implementation of technical solutions for different Oracle EBS Projects
• End to end role implementation and rollouts.
• Define and manage program scope, quality, and schedule.
• Recommend business performance improvements.
• Assign all work assignments, commit the team to the work, manage the quality of work and drive people management activities within team.
• Has some project management exposure e.g., communication management, stakeholders' management, scope management, risk management, quality & time management.
• Review others work outputs and provide input to manager on employee performance.
• Work with other team to improve performance, provides ongoing feedback and develops plans with them to identify gaps.

Must have experience on:

• Oracle SQL
• Oracle PL/SQL
• Oracle Form
• Oracle Report
• Oracle EBS SCM Modules (Purchasing ,Inventory, Order Management)
