Role Purpose

Manages several projects on a tactical level;

specifies and coordinates the implementation of a project and be

responsible for meeting project objectives within quality, time, and budget

targets and for managing associated risks.

The managed projects have a timescale from 1-2 years with the budget

Context & Core Responsibilities

Contribute to and review the project proposal or plan to determine timeframe, funding limitations, procedures for

accomplishing the project, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project

Define /design activities starting from existing solutions

Coordinate a small team (5-10) of specialists to implement project tasks

Provide the interface and maintain a confident relationship with other contributors to the project

Contribute to setting project evaluation parameters

Negotiate changes to project scope or specification with the project sponsor / client

Contact the project sponsor / client at a tactical level

Create regularly reports on project progress to management and/ or the sponsor / client

Contribute to improving / developing systems

Manage relationships with external suppliers at a tactical level

Take responsibility for multiple workstreams

Qualifications/Competences

Related university degree

Min. 5 years project management experience

Proven experience managing CAPEX projects according to agile methods

Profound understanding of business processes and its underlying concepts

Experienced with defining business/value cases

Ability to conduct data analysis

Strong technical skills

Certification in Project Management (e.g. PMI, PMP) Desired
