Requirements

• 2–4 yrs in Project Management (PMI Methodology)
• ERP knowledge (Junior) – SAP preferred
• Development frameworks & system integration experience
• Strong communication – fluent Spanish + conversational English
• Microsoft tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Office)
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable leading in hybrid environments

Activities to Perform

• Lead and monitor technology projects from the preparation phase to completion (analysis, design, development, testing, go-live, hypercare).
• Prepare presentations for Project Pitch, Business Case, and Project Charter.
• Conduct requirements gathering, functional analysis, and business process mapping.
• Identify and coordinate stakeholders, both from IT and the business area.
• Apply Corporate IT Governance guidelines in project execution.
• Manage progress, deliverables, and status reports in tools such as ProjectNow.
• Prepare and present progress reports to the LATAM IT team.
