Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage enterprise-level software implementation projects from initiation through deployment
• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements
• Design and configure software solutions aligned with client goals
• Provide training and support to end-users and internal teams
• Troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues as they arise
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Communicate progress, risks, and issues clearly with stakeholders

Required Skills:

• Experience as an Implementation Project Manager, particularly within HR or workforce software ecosystems
• 5+ years of experience implementing enterprise HR and Workforce Management systems
• Demonstrated expertise in Workday and/or Kronos integration projects
• Strong background in HR processes and systems
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage client relationships
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and collaboratively
• Highly organized with attention to detail

Bonus/Desired Skills:

• Experience with Time and Labor Management (TLM), HRIS, and Workforce Management solutions
• Familiarity with change management practices and client onboarding strategies
• Experience in a client-facing consulting or implementation specialist role
• Knowledge of industry best practices in enterprise software implementation
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CSM)
