YOUR TASKS

• Requirements Elicitation: Coordinate and procure requirements in projects during the Development of new innovative lighting systems in a growing Hella worldwide network.
• System Requirements Specification: Document systems' requirements in a clear and concise manner, using appropriate notations and formats.
• Requirements Verification and Validation: Review and testi the requirements against various scenarios and use cases.
• Collaboration with other team members: As a Requirements Engineer, you will be working closely with other members of the development team, such as designers, developers, testers, and project managers to ensure that the requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
• Continuous Improvement: As a Requirements Engineer, you will need to continuously improve your skills and knowledge, stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and methodologies, and contribute to the improvement of the requirements engineering process within Hella.
• Set up and maintenance of project requirements in our internal Requirements Management Tool (DOORS)
• Give methodical support and training to project team members in Requirements Engineering processes and ensure their sustainable implementation with focus on systems engineering.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, industrial engineering, electronic engineering, software engineering or related field.
• 3 years of related experience.
• Desirable experience using DOORS.
• Technical knowledge: A solid understanding of automotive systems (V cycle), their components, and their interactions. This includes knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and software systems, as well as safety and quality standards.
• Understanding of relevant standards and regulations: You will need to have a good understanding of the relevant standards and regulations, such as ISO 26262 and SPICE, and ensure that the requirements comply with them.
