  About the role
• We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master/Program Manager to manage multiple agile teams and oversee the successful delivery of various concurrent projects. The ideal candidate excels at communication, tracking project progress, resolving impediments, and facilitating collaboration across diverse teams to achieve organizational goals.

What you'll do

• Lead multiple agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and agile best practices.

• Manage and track progress of multiple concurrent projects, identifying risks early and mitigating effectively.

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog grooming sessions.

• Collaborate closely with product owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and manage expectations.

• Drive continuous improvement, helping teams enhance productivity, communication, and agile maturity.

• Provide clear, regular communication on project status, risks, issues, and achievements to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Program Manager.

• Proven ability to manage multiple agile teams simultaneously.

• Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

• Proficiency with agile tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification required; PMP or SAFe certifications are a plus.
