Job description
• As a Full Stack ServiceNow Developer, you will partner with strategy, functional, technical, and UX experts to architect, design, and lead ServiceNow HRSD implementations that address the key needs of HR organizations and their workforces.
• Design, Development, and Implementation of the HR Service Delivery module including, Case and Knowledge management, Employee Service Portal, Virtual Agent, Machine Learning, HR Workspace, and AI search.
• Working with a team of both functional and technical consultants through requirements gathering and sprint design sessions for the ServiceNow HRSD applications
• Supporting the iterative configuration of the HRSD application, engage stakeholders to conduct reviews through joint design sessions
• Configure and enhance the core application, including, but not limited to, Service Catalog, Service Portal, Incidents, Knowledge Base, Management, Integrations, and Reporting.
• Implement integrations with ServiceNow, 3rd party solutions, and internally developed applications
