CBRE Occupancy Planning Lead
About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic CBRE Occupancy Planning Lead to lead strategic goals and occupancy planning for a prominent client in the Technology, Media, and Telecom sector across the Americas. This position requires managing a team in the region while collaborating with global peers and cross-functional teams to implement a cohesive occupancy planning strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customized workplace strategies and occupancy analyses in alignment with client objectives.
- Utilize analytical skills for occupancy planning, including creating stack plans and conducting current and future state analyses.
- Model scenarios for headcount changes and their impact on workplace dynamics.
- Analyze diverse data sources to create detailed reports and dashboards.
- Identify risks related to occupancy and propose mitigation strategies.
- Optimize the client's portfolio through space rationalization and strategic analysis.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to review attendance and utilization data regularly.
- Innovate methodologies to enhance workplace efficiency and effectiveness.
- Supervise a high-performing team, facilitating training and career development.
- Foster strong partnerships across real estate departments and client partners.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
- Strongly preferred experience in workplace strategy and change management.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated leadership and staff management experience, including hiring and performance evaluation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate complex information effectively.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and a strong problem-solving mindset.
