We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Accounts Receivable Specialist, based in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua.

As Accounts Payable Specialist, you will have the opportunity to ensure company receives payments for goods and services provided to customer on a timely manner based on payment terms. Properly records transactions by posting receipts and resolving discrepancies according to established policies and procedures in an efficient, timely and accurate manner.

YOUR TASKS WILL BE:

• Update and price analysis.
• Billing posting.
• Ensure that invoices are received in our client's system.
• Conciliation of shipments, invoicing and sales.
• Internal and external audits.
• Compliance with SOX, Leap and internal procedures.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• 1 year of experience in accounting areas.
• Proficient in computer software Office. Excellent skills in excel (spreadsheet enthusiast and fast).
