We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Accounts Receivable Analyst, based in Cd Juarez, Chih.

As Accounts Receivable Analyst will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment reporting directly to a Accounts Receivable Supervisor.

Your tasks will be:

• Update and price analysis.
• Billing posting.
• Negotiation between suppliers and client.
• Monitoring of items with the client portfolio.
• Ensure that invoices are received in our client's system.
• Conciliation of shipments, invoicing, and sales.
• Balance sheet, Forecast and Budget.
• Internal and external audits.
• Compliance with SOX, Leap, and internal procedures.

To Be Successful In This Role You Must Have

• Education in Accounting, or any related field.
• Computer package management.
• 2 years minimum of experience in Accounts Receivable area.
• English Advanced level.
• Participates in monthly closures and weekends of each month is to work to close the activity.
• Work under pressure.
• Good customer service.
• Experience in Accounting firm.
