The Job:
As a software developer, you will work with a team of fellow developers on a specific area of the Eclipse package. The primary UI of the software is a thick, Java Swing client application. The business logic is primarily written in Pick BASIC and runs in a Red Hat environment on top of a Universe database. The Eclipse application is an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software package. The software offers enterprise-level features to manage a wholesale distributor's business end-to-end. The software includes inventory tracking, sales, purchasing, transfers, accounting, and numerous add-on companion products designed to support distributors.

What You will be doing:
* Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, Sr Full Stack Software Developer (.NET, C#, SQL, JavaScript, AWS) is part of the Product Development team.

*As a member of this team, you will lead and collaborate on software development tasks including technical design and development of cloud-based products.

*You will provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers on the team.

Technologies used: Java Swing, Pick BASIC, Perforce, Maven, Jira, C# / .NET, Git, Universe, Red Hat and Windows

What you will likely bring:
* 2+ years of overall software development experience preferred

*Experience with Java Swing is required

*Strong organizational and time-management skills

*Excellent written and verbal communication skills

*Desire to lead and collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, and QA testers

*Ability to author, understand, and translate business-level acceptance criteria into technical designs

What could set you apart:
*Experience with Pick BASIC is a plus, but not required

*Experience with warehouse management software is a plus

*Java Swing: 2 years
