Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Processor to join our team. This role involves entering data related to contracts, modifications, and payment applications, and processing payments received through various channels (wires, lockbox, EFT). The ideal candidate will thrive in a high-volume environment, demonstrate precision, and maintain professional communication via email. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, as well as availability to work on the last Saturday of every month.
Job Requirements
Minimum Education: High school diploma.
Skills: Advanced English.
Experience: Previous experience in the hospitality industry and knowledge of timeshare are highly valued.
Monday to Friday 8 - 5 , Saturdays depending on the operation needs and all weekends landing on month end.
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
Ability to type 35–40 WPM.
Basic math proficiency.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Key Responsibilities
Data Entry & Payment Processing
Accurately and promptly enter data related to contracts, modifications, and payments.
Process contracts received through the CRM system and electronic sources.
Handle payments received via wires, EFT, and lockbox.
Post deposits, checks, and credit card payments.
Apply payments using predefined rules and logic.
Prepare reports (daily, monthly, quarterly, annually).
Allocate banking fees, process refunds, and manage returned items.
Support month-end close tasks and special projects.
Conduct detailed research and recommend process improvements.
Organization & Prioritization
Manage a fast-paced, high-volume workload.
Prioritize tasks effectively and meet established deadlines.
Communication
Maintain professional communication through email.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflows.
