We are looking for a skilled and experienced Head of Development to join our team. Highly organized, communicative, and with the necessary leadership to lead multidisciplinary teams and collaborate harm to achieve the company's objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science.
• In-depth knowledge of web development technologies.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Management of human and technological resources.
• Focus on customer service.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum, RUP methodology, and project management tools.
• Solid knowledge in using planning tools such as Microsoft Project or similar.
• Experience as a Project Manager, Systems analyst, and Technical Lead.
• Excellent management of tools such as Postman, Swagger, Github, Jira, etc.
• Structure executive reports.
• Expertise in Python and C#.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the development team, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Define and implement development processes, standards, and best practices.
• Lead and participate in the development of software applications for both internal and external clients.
• Work closely with project and product managers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
• Collaborate with other departments such as design, and quality assurance to ensure the successful completion of projects.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with the development process and escalate as needed.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the development team.
