As OCM Intern, you will support the OCM team in planning and executing change initiatives collaborating with global teams. This includes change management plans, creating, managing, and delivering communication and knowledge content; analyzing, monitoring, and tracking data related to the progress of initiatives.

Specific duties include, but may not be limited to:

• Collaborate with the Organizational Change Management team to create communications, learning documentation and media using different software and platforms.

• Support in the organization of global learning sessions.

• Support in the knowledge management inside the company.

• Help monitor and analyze data related to training engagement initiatives.

• Multimedia grahic design.
• Instructional design.
• MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, PowerApps)
• Video-editing software (ie. Camtasia, Articulate)
• Content Management skills.
• Digital Resources skills
• Information Technology skills
• Web design skills
• PTC products (Windchill, Creo parametric) is a plus
