This role will require you to work in Mexico with the ability to go to Guadalajara multiple times per year. When you are not onsite you are able to work remotely in Mexico.

What you will be doing:

• Lead team of DBA's, Developers and Automation Engineers.
• Improve customer experience by building a syntax and associated data service to execute multiple REST requests as a single request (REST, ASP.NET, .NET Framework, WebApi 2, XPath, MVC)
• Has the ability to take on Scrum Master responsibilities, and to lead a team of DBA's and QA's.
• Coordinate with nearshore team to facilitate 3rd-party data transmission to proprietary products (C#, .NET Framework 4.5, RestSharp) streamlined internal ETL by fabricating a scriptable tool to transmit data between a variety of data stores (MS SQL Server, Oracle, Excel, Marklogic, XML)
• Use Microsoft Team Foundation Server to maintain source as well as epics/stories/tasks
  Architected and implemented micro-services API that can be re-applied across multiple domains (ASP.NET Core, .NET 5, micro services, C#, MVC)
• Agile methodology used for multiple product lines within the automotive repair industry

What you will need to be successful

• Bachelor and/or Master of Science degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
• 7+ years of experience as a Developer or DBA
• Experience within the Java Stack
• Technical problem solving skills with attention to detail
• Good and/or demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills including:
  • Ability to lead, develop, grow and manage people
  • Ability to work within a diverse global team
  • Ability to develop, articulate, adjust and productively defend opinions and direction

• Experience with Java tools
• Experience with REST, ASP.NET, .NET Framework, WebApi 2, XPath, MVC
• Experience with ASP.NET Core, .NET 5, micro services, C#, MVC
