Objective:

Ensure eCom global alignment collaborating with different regions and stakeholders with a customer-centric approach to evolve our digital ecosystem.

Main activities:

• Guarantee the right functionality of the Donaldson store handling business needs.
• Be the main owner of the backlog coordinating releases with IT and making sure to have enough backlog for each sprint.
• Analyze, socialize, and prioritize requirements for the continuous improvement roadmap of the eCom tool.
• Transform business requirements into user stories for development.
• Provide Status on development from IT to global Stakeholders
• Follow up and assure correct implementation of the Global B2B2C and marketplace strategy.
• Implement digital marketing strategies focused on generating traffic to the online store.
• Manage the day-to-day relationship with external providers such as digital agencies.

Experience and Knowledge:

• Bachelor's degree
• 5 years of e-commerce experience
• Advanced English
• Digital Marketing (google AdWords, Meta ads (Facebook), email marketing)
• Digital agency management/ agency previous experience
• E-commerce platforms administration and Web analytics.
• Market Places (mercado libre, amazon, Linio, Liverpool, Walmart)
