This position will be located in Columbus, Indiana USA

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Embedded Software Development Supervisor who will be responsible for leading a team of up to eight embedded firmware developers. The team is responsible for creating requirements, developing code, creating and maintaining documentation, and conducting testing in various phases of the project including unit tests, and functional testing. Low-level platform code as well as higher level application code will all be in the realm of responsibility for this team.

Requirements

• BS in Engineering, MS preferred
• 7 or more years of experience with C++ on embedded Linux platforms and/or C on bare metal platforms
• 7 or more years of industry experience in software testing concepts including black box, white box, and grey box testing approaches
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, including pipelines and task boards
• Proven experience interacting with internal/external customers
• Ability to work on cross-functional teams
• Capable of working autonomously and leading multiple teams
• Must be flexible and willing to learn new skills
