Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
High English proficiency, both spoken and written.
The availability to work nights, weekends and holidays
Dedicated separate home office space free from distractions
High Speed (100mbps minimum) using Ethernet cable from modem (hardwired)
2 plus years Customer Service experience.
1 to 2 years related experience providing technical support
1 or more years of Remote (working from home) experience.
Typing Proficiency of 40 WPM minimum
Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
Experience with Salesforce a plus
Experience using mobile devices such as cell phone, laptop, and tablet.
Experience accessing information from a Knowledge Management (KM) system.
Medical Device Industry background would be a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
24-7-365 remote operation that will require working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Provides level 1 support – via phone or chat, for new and existing Baxter products and systems.
Instructs customers on how to use hardware and software applications.
Records and documents all customer interactions properly in accordance with defined procedures, ensuring accuracy in reporting.
Interfaces and interacts effectively with Baxter employees, patients and customers.
Maintains product knowledge through continuous training to ensure that troubleshooting methods, SOPs, training manuals, and other reference materials are accurate and used appropriately.
Follows all Baxter Good Documentation Practices, adheres to training and consults knowledge base when resolving patient's issues and complaints.
Maintains compliance with laws protecting data privacy including HIPAA and Good Documentation Practices.

$21,000 monthly gross salary
