Customer Care Hybrid (Home office/On-site)

Conduent is seeking bilingual agents (English/Spanish) for customer service!

Training starts as soon as possible

Working from home after training and nesting (1 month on site)

We support a child support payment processing center. We process payments for the 50 states of the United States plus Hawaii and Puerto Rico, we assist Parents Paying Support, Employers, and Payroll service providers. Our service is to help users to navigate on the website, reactivate accounts and send passwords, inquiries about their payments, etc.

Requirements:

-Full Availability to work on different schedules

-Customer care experience

-Fluent English – B2 or higher

-Good Grammar skills

-Computer skills

-Internet at home (25 MBPS)

-Schedules

From 6am to 6pm Monday to Friday.

- Base salary of 14,000.00 MXN Before taxes

-Performance Bonus of 18% of base salary
