Student worker - Production Pre-Pack
If you are looking to get a great internship experience
This is the opportunity to do so by joining the Production Pre-Pack department at The LEGO Group!
Play your part in our team success!
This position will give overall support to the Production Pre-Pack department to not only be involved in the day-to-day operation, but also have a wider perspective of the process and their impact in broader level topics, like brand protection and the chance to directly participate in being that Pre-Pack organization has automated processes, tools and reporting to ensure compliance to processes, strategies and KPIs.

• Education: from 6th semester and above preferably IMA, IME, IIA, IIS or similar
• Problem solving, passionate about data, interpretation, and innovation, proactive and self-driven.
• Knowledge of Office tools specially Excel and Power Point and a plus if any Microsoft Power Platform (like Power BI, Power app, Power automate, etc.)
• Analytic, able to work independently but also energized/thrives in a team environment.
• Good at verbal and written communication both in Spanish and English

Core Responsabilities
- Assess business process and system inefficiencies; seek for continuous Improvement activities oriented to increase productivity and higher level of quality of data management.
- Lead and/or participate in projects focused on automatization of tools, processes, or visual management of the team.
- Drive the compliance of the area in Safety, Quality and LCI requirements, and facilitate the execution and implementation of projects in the production area.
- Responsible for preparing the necessary documentation for the area / huddle meetings of the department related to the performance.
- Support LCI task (5's, TPM, Board Blue Collar, Shopfloor Management).
- Support, execute and gathering data/quotation for shopping consumables and tools.
